Our Beloved Community Is Growing!

Our Beloved Community is looking for two new team members to join an exciting three-year initiative. Thanks to the Walton Family Foundation, we are ready to embark on a research adventure.

What exactly are we studying? This study will use Beloved Community’s Equity Audit tool to help the field understand how diverse-by-design schools define and identify success indicators for diversity, equity and inclusion. This project has two discrete research purposes: 1) validate the Equity Audit tool for use with different types of diverse-by-design schools and school networks; and 2) identify the ways that school communities respond to, and prioritize change based on their Equity Audit results.

We're looking for two Graduate Assistants to work alongside Derute Consulting Cooperative and the Beloved Community Team to help launch and manage this project.

The Research Project Manager will help our team to organize and streamline a multitude of appointments and clients to achieve our research goals. They are capable of anticipating needs and balancing a multitude of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
