Margeaux Randolph is a co-founder of Kr8 Ventures, a product development firm that bridges the gap between Founders/Executives and Technologists. Margeaux has spent almost two decades in the education sector with a focus on innovation. She had her first internship at a startup, as a high school student in New Orleans, at a math software company. She began in the Quality Assurance department and later supported the CEO with growth and expansion of the software to public schools nationwide. Since then, she co-founded a startup, building data and GIS mapping tools to support charter schools with expansion, and built data systems for education organizations such as Leading Educators, FirstLine Schools, and TNTP. Prior to Kr8, she was a manager at Mursion, Inc., a Silicon-Valley based startup that builds virtual reality simulations to train K-12 educators and Fortune 500 executives in soft skills and leadership development. She was also Chief Program Officer at Reframe Labs, where she led an incubator training education entrepreneurs to launch innovative schools. Margeaux is also a former math teacher, and co-founder of The Los Angeles School of Creativity and Technology (C-Tech). She is a graduate of M.I.T and USC.
