Nicole Williams is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Laboratory Schools - University of Chicago where she works with school leaders to ensure that all Lab students can thrive. Prior to joining the Lab Schools, Nicole was a Senior Research Analyst at the UChicago Consortium on School Research. She co-organized a national network focused on equity for historically marginalized students, the Building Equitable Learning Environments (BELE) network. She has a BA from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, and a MA and PhD from the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice at the University of Chicago.
