Nikki Williams Rucker is an Associate Director of Equity in Schools at Beloved Community. She has a background in nonprofit DEI work, teaching, facilitating, and interior design.

Nikki came to the Beloved Community because she truly believes in leaving the world better than she found it through love and equity. Nikki’s dedication to amplifying the silenced voices of girls of color in schools led her to operating a nonprofit girls mentoring program for over a decade where she serviced over 4,000 girls through her program.

Nikki has a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and K-12 education. When not working she is balancing the needs of her 2 children and husband in Chicago, where she lives.
