Erica Freedman is currently serving as Beloved’s Customer Happiness Manager. She also serves as a Strategic Community Manager for PatientsLikeMe, LLC, a mental health platform. Her background is in communications and digital marketing. Prior to her current roles, Erica served as Beloved’s Operations Manager and Senior Manager of Communications and Development. She is passionate about dismantling oppressive systems and working towards a more equitable world.
