Beloved Community, in partnership with Made in New Orleans Foundation, is entering into the second iteration of their Equity at Work: Hospitality cohort.

Equity at Work is a cohort-based program designed to lead restaurant, hotel, and other hospitality industry leaders in creating an industry in New Orleans that works for all people — especially Black, Indigenous, and People of Color who have been marginalized within it for centuries. 

The cohort brings together leadership teams, prioritizing Hotels, for a 2-year equity journey. Beloved Community supports this select group of hospitality employer partners to assess their practices, operationalize their equity commitments, develop sustainable equity solutions for their businesses, and advocate for inclusive practices for the New Orleans workforce. MiNO Foundation is supporting the cohort with recruitment and bringing acute issues happening in each business directly to the Beloved Community staff.
