Creating a sense of belonging is essential for schools that wish to provide a safe, supportive and equitable learning environment for students in all classrooms.
Centering Racial Equity & Belonging is designed to guide educators in understanding our own experiences with race and identity, and how that impacts the students and families we serve. This course will focus on how to understand what you and your students may be experiencing from a racial & economic lens, how to design strategies to best support your students, and how to maintain your commitments to equity and inclusion even during times of crisis.
